The specialized mobile plant Sumab C 15-750 is designed for the production of cold mix asphalt, with a capacity of 10-15 m³ per hour.

The exact plant performance depends on the type and grade of asphalt produced, as well as the inert materials used in the asphalt production, and the amount of chemical additives.

The mobile plant for the production of cold mix asphalt is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system. A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 25 different recipes. The finished mix can be printed in kilograms and percentages, preventing theft of aggregates during mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:
- Fully automated mobile plant, 10-15 m³ per hour. Located on a container frame.
- Aggregate bins, 2 x 3.5 m³
- Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer.
Dosing accuracy +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.
- 750/500 liter pan mixer, coated with a 12 mm layer of special steel. 5 quick-release blades with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening finished asphalt feed flap.
15 kW electric motor.
- 250 liter galvanized water tank with a built-in pump and water dispenser. - 10 BAR air compressor.
Capacity: approximately 5.5 m³/hour at 10 BAR pressure, 50-liter air chamber.
- Mobile plant control panel. Manual control keyboard.

Light-touch screen, Siemens computer for automatic plant control. 25 recipes with the ability to change the grade before each batch. Printer with printout of the finished mix in kg and %. Indicators per batch, hour, shift, and month.
- 160 BAR high-pressure compressor for plant cleaning.
Additional options upon request:
- Conveyor for feeding finished cold asphalt from the mixer. Length: 4-10 meters, width: 1 meter.
- Special pump for chemical additives for cold asphalt production, with a hose automatically controlled by a PC.
